" Best customer service experience I have ever had! James Knight, the owner, came in after hours to get me the items I needed. He even adjusted them to fit me before I left! He was so polite and kept apologizing to me because the computer took awhile to boot up even though I was the one that needed to apologize for calling him after hours. " They were so polite that day AND the best part is I pay with my tribal Benny card. Most places have no idea what that is and sometimes enter the payment wrong and my card gets denied, which is so embarrassing! The gentleman knew EXACTLY what a Benny card was so I didn’t have to explain it. He was so helpful that first time I went back the next day to get some stuff for me and cpap supplies for my husband. The owner was there that morning and was just as helpful. He fully explained everything and made sure I knew all my options.
